odd.conglomerates is Milène, an artist from Frankfurt, Germany who has been living in New Orleans since early 2019 and since turned her hobby of tattooing into a profession. She has a background in Fine Arts and loves everything weird and whimsical. Bold, colorful birds, aquatic creatures and abstract pieces might be her favorite things to tattoo. Milène works out of a small private studio adjacent to an amazing Glassblowing studio which clients are welcoming to tour upon request.
